We would like to let you know about an upcoming opportunity to support your child’s vision and learning.
On February 20, Dr. Major and his team will be visiting our school to provide free eyeglasses to students who need them. Clear vision is very important for learning, reading, and participating in class. Glasses can help students see better, focus more easily, and feel more confident at school.
The eyeglasses are provided only to help correct vision needs identified during a screening or exam. They are not for cosmetic purposes and do not mean there is a serious health problem. They are simply a tool to help your child succeed.
There is no cost to families for this service. Students who receive glasses will be helped with proper fitting and basic care instructions.
