San Ardo Union Elementary School District

Dear Parents, We would like to invite you to the upcoming School Site Council (SSC) meeting on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the library. All families are encouraged to attend and provide valuable feedback for the 2024/25 school year. Light refreshments will be served. Printed packets are available at the office for SSC Members who signed up to participate. The packet is also available at: https://sanardouesdca.sites.thrillshare.com/documents/parent-and-student-resources/student-site-council/2023-2024/512269 . SSC Members and participants are encouraged to read the materials in advance and come prepared with suggestions and recommendations. This will help us avoid a lengthy meeting to read through the entire Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Please note that the 2024 LCFF Budget Overview for Parents will be posted and sent separately. Recent changes in the state budget have caused a delay in finalizing the budget numbers, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting! Important upcoming events: School Site Council 6/3/2024 at 5:00 p.m. Eighth grade graduation 6/5/2024 at 6:00 p.m. Kindergarten graduation 6/7/2024 at 9:00 a.m. with third trimester awards to follow. Accelerated Reader reward field trip to Ravine Water Park 6/11/2024 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Unfortunately, it has become necessary to change the date of the School Site Council meeting from Tuesday, May 28, 2024, to Monday, June 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the library. I apologize for any inconvenience.
